I think Joe is selling only what he needs to in order to finance the lifestyle he's become accustomed to during the bubble years. The rest is, err, SAVINGS! (at least until he needs to buy that hot new Lexus, or the HDTV!) So we'll see the money just sort of dribble out, barring some sort of unutterable event that starts with a C****....
