If CSCO can show

1) They are doing better than "data network" market. i.e. if market is growing say by 5% then their market share grows more than 5% or if market is shrinking say by 5% then they shrink less than 5%.

2) More wins against JNPR.

3) Some guidance regarding improvement in margins

Massive amounts of this stock were traded between 13 and 17. Any fund that wants to protect its profits would probably be more than happy to take profits of between 20 and 50%, especially if you're prediction about a return to 19.5 was accurate. They are going to have to produce some great news to move this stock up to the 25 level. I don't believe that stabilization at earning levels 80% below year ago is reason enough to move the stock that high. I have been making good money selling calls and repurchasing them at lower prices and feel that I'll be able to continue that methodology as long as the economy remains in its abysmal state.knc
