Amazing statistic..................Washington Post reported that Bush has spent 42% of his time in office outside the White House since Jan20th!..........You might as well call him an "absentee landlord."

Actually, Bush actively intervened with OPEC to try to keep a barrel pegged below $30. The expression of sympathy with price stabilization has to do with predictability of supplies. If there are wild fluctuations, long term planning becomes more difficult........
