Did you even listen to any of his interviews? He is bright, articulate, and amiable, but he is not used to having to speak at length, and occasionally mangles a phrase or sentence. .....

Because the debate setup imposed no penalty on gibberish answers -- 2 minutes, no followup. Bush had some lulus.

Most viewers thought it was 2 out of 3. And when did I ever say Gore was a good candidate?
