limtex, I recall that almost all of the analysts were slow to react. They were bullish right into August 2000, except for Jon Joseph of SSB.

It was the Ashok Kumar downgrade at the start of September 2000 that started Intel downward.
Others like Niles were very bullish on Intel right up to that point and were slow to downgrade.
I recall Niles seemed to be the most bullish in the first half of 2000 (with aggressive price targets).
