Document for the board the last time any union was forced to pay any money whatsoever to the IRS. Then document for the board how many businesses in the United States were forced to pay more money to the IRS in the year 2000. Irrelevant. The only issue is whether the Unions engaged in activity and made contributions which would deny them tax exempt status. Now that we have a real DOJ again, perhaps the matter will be fairly looked into. JLA
