Bush didn't go to Harvard for his undergraduate studies. (SATs are used for undergrad admissions decisions.) As usual, you have your facts wrong.

First, SATs are used for undergraduate admission. Second, to be a legacy, one's parent had to have gone to the school. HW never went to Harvard......W may very well have been a legacy at YALE, I didn't comment on that.......

It may be that strings were pulled. There is no evidence that Bush was responsible for it, nor even that his father was involved.
