Good stuff by Berney as usual...just got back from lunch, and this kind of action was just what I wanted to feel better about down (going forward)...

Dip-buyers have to get punished if bigger down is going to kick in....and they are lately

The TRIN-10 and TRIN-5 doesn't weight the daily TRINs by daily volume so it can be skewed as it is now. Normally, a high TRIN should be accompanied by locally high volume. I still have predominantly sells on the NDX, OEX, and SPX. The recent rally didn't help the broad market much. No bull rally of any significant length (3 weeks or longer) starts off without a 2-to-1 breadth rally day as did this recent rally. I don't think the Nasdaq even mustered a 3-to-2 breadth day.
