Do you disagree that all the enemy essentially had was hand carried weapons

Do mortars, land mines, radar controlled AAA, SAM's and MIGS that fly out of Chinese territory count ? All of these they had in great quantity, thanks to the russians.

Recall the tanks rolling into the Presidential residence in Saigon? The NVA was well equipped and well armed by the USSR and China.
