US planes hit Iraq!!! 13:00 ET US Planes Hit Iraq : United Press reports that U.S. military aircraft bombed Iraqi air defense sites in northern Iraq after U.S. and British planes enforcing the no-fly zone north of Mosul were fired upon. Coalition aircraft responded to the attacks by dropping ordnance on elements of the Iraqi integrated air defense system. U.S. officials said there have been "65 days of incidents" this year of Iraq threatening patrolling planes.

I am more bearish than you are, I have the 400' as the ultimate bottom of the SOX on this cyclical move. The three highest weight are KLAC, NVLS and AMAT and all of these are going to go down, apparently quite sharply. It is very strange when an industry's index is controlled by its capex contributors, which together are only 20% of the the total of the industry. Zeev In edit, we should have some late day rally here, so I entered with EXTR at just under $28, BRCD at $38.16, BRCM at $45.44, QLGC at $41.40, JNPR at $26.25 and EMLX at $27.14. Also got back into MERQ for a bounce here at $37.53.
