Wish I could.

So far this year, we've had about 29.6 inches of rain, which is about normal. However, at the middle of June we had almost none and were in the midst of the worst drought in recorded history. Amazing how quick mother nature can fix herself.

You mean HOT Dog Gersh! gggg

I'm just outside Wash. D.C. and believe you me it is HOT! My outdoor digital thermometer in the shade says an even 100 degrees F!

The newseys say the heat index is over 112 here. barf. And tomorrow may be worse.

Now my problem is to be able to differentiate the weather from the stock market! ggggg Now lesssseeee, its definitely NOT hot! That's the first point. Some of these guys definitely have high humidity! gg Will it get worse tomorrow? I dunno. My technicals say that we need some more selling before I have an entry point. I would be delighted (as in the dark) with OEX @ 599.ggg Will the temperature drop that low? - only if it snows!

The prognosis/forecast is - OEX will go to 599 only if it snows in Hell! Translated, it has a snowballs chance in Hell of making it to 599! gggg

Berney and I had a conversation/argument as to the consequences of the Cisco announcement. He says that the market is holding its breath until the announcement is made. He may very well be right. If he is, this is a sick market. If he is wrong, this is a sick market.

I guess I would change my tune if we were to break 619, 629, 634, and 640 with me long! ggg GGGG I guess I can't be long if I don't buy a ticket! gggg Oh well.

After having said all this I just went and checked the chart of Cisco, and FWIW, IMHO its going down.

Just one man's opinion, others are respected

GOOD luck Gersh,

Paul K.

Oh, Gersh, I'd like to send some rain from here up to you!

Since I live in Zeeland I never have seen such kind of rain - "drops" like appels: or should I say I cannot realize the rest of air between the water?

OK, nothing compared to Berney's experience with "revenge of nature".

Hope you all have your roof in a good state!

Jury

PS: Just while I've written this it has stopped raining and the sun is shining again - do we have April or what?
