If you are micro-trading like that, I'd recommend covering now in the 40.75 range (maybe 40.55), and wait for the swing up exhaust itself before shorting again. My guess is that the 41.75 stop you have there will be hit shortly, and you might as well bag an extra point here.

MU CHANNEL TRADE UPDATE
(1) MU buy stop was set at 41.75
(2) Actual buy to cover trade is 41.90
(3) Shorted MU at 42.01
(4) Gain on MU short was 0.3% (maybe enough to pay comm)
(5) Will post final MU chart on my web site later in day.

Hope this helps in understanding channel trading.
