Thanks Sam, Another supreme irony of the electricity industry is that there is FERC talk of imposing regional supergrids on the east and west coasts and in the midwest. This will do wonders for "wheeling" power for the IPPs, offering scandalous opportunities for profiteering, just as in California. Can you guess who isn't being told to join the party? You guessed it... Texas. The chutzpah of the Houston crowd knows no bounds. Ray
