Cisco Systems (CSCO) 19.26 -- Update -- Call has now moved into Q&A portion, which will probably hold few surprises. To this point, summary view is that the past qtr and forward guidance were both slightly disappointing. Though he sees some signs of improvement in the US enterprise market, Chambers does not yet see a bottom in business overall as Europe and Asia continue to deteriorate, and he also starts to qualify his 30-50% long-term revenue growth forecast. No great surprises, but almost every new indication was marginally worse than expected. CSCO slipping now at 18.73 after hours.

Please feel free to post. We have had a family squabble before and we all go through it together as a family and when it is done and over we are still here and in one piece. Don't get me wrong we have banned but only in extreme cases.......warnings come first..... Usually those in the squabble are those that care the most about this porch and only what is best for it. All anyone hasta do to feel welcome is not attack, read the header and pull up a chair and drink a glass of lemonade with the gang!! The amazing thing about this porch......we have never lost any one over a squabble and I thank God for that. Now don't ya leave the porch just consider us your family and you know how that family thang goes......this one is thick as blood. Would love for you to hang around and join in. Some of the regulars have been around for a long time and have become, along with me, very protective of other porchers, as it should be. dealer (fair, trying to be for all concerned, not easy to keep everyone happy all the time....... :-))
