Paul Engel happens to be one of the few who post dissenting opinions for the sake of insulting people. I cannot fathom why this is misunderstood by so many people. Paul is a very abusive person, and his particular brand of dissention only serves to start flame wars.

Perhaps a good criteria to use would be: Would the conduct
be acceptable in a public (face to face) discussion/debate
among people who may share similar interests but do not personally know each other? I believe with Engel, the answer is NO. I don't think the tone/content/number/intent of his posts would be tolerated for long in a face to face public forum and would quickly lead to complete ostracism. So, then, why should it be tolerated here? By the way, I doubt Engel behaves that way in public. So, again, why is it tolerated here?

Me either, and it is getting so very frustrating.

For goodness sake, I am (mostly was due to the recent price drop) very bearish on AMD, so much so that I shorted it.

Am I the only one short INTC?
