A "capital idea", rails. Elvis responds to suitable inducements. So, perhaps a Pavlovian Regime would suit. How bout this folks? If the golds ring the bell with an upside day, Elvis gets a doggie treat AND a ride in the car with his window open! Of course. As a patrician pooch from an impressive champion bloodline, he was raised to eschew the vulgar display of his powers.<g> On the other hand... A few months ago, he did accept the mantle of mascot for the emerging gold bull market. So it's only fair for us to applaud vigorously if he's able to jump start a good rally for us.
