It does have the DT breakout, but that chart looks awfully toppy with those lower highs and lower lows. It looks to me like it rode the higher prices of oil up this past year, that means to me that it will come down if oil prices come down. I post a chart for light sweet crude last night on John Pitera's thread that suggests that $20 in the cards.

I wouldn't be overly bullish on HOC right now. But I wouldn't short it either.
