We are seldom offered that kind of fare. When we are, it is well received. I think there is a hunger out there for it. I live in a town that I consider somewhat rustic. If you take away the presence of a large oil company this would be a cow town. Once a year the town puts on something they call the OK Mozart Festival, which lasts for 8 days. They bring in world class performers and conductors, and the people eat it up. Reminds me of how travelling Shakespearian troupes and opera companies were popular in the Wild West.

I'd never heard of Charade, but I googled it and saw that it starred Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. What class! That is what is lacking today's fare, it all seems so tawdry.
