The big budget boondogle Democrats are using irrational and unfounded scare tactics. Yes, in my mind the use of scare tactics is a basic premise of the Democrat's philosophy. To suggest the Republicans use scare tactics on par with those employed by the Democrats is nothing short of absurd.

Isn't it commonly believed that the Caribou will mate more predictably near the warmth of the pipeline? Thus the general assumption is that the pipeline will help the Caribou. That's right. The caribou favor the smell of gas when they drop their calves. Apparently, the gas speeds up their labor....and also causes them to frt a great deal more but that's whole another issue. The big budget boondogle Democrats are using irrational and unfounded scare tactics.* I know...the 90's big budget boondoggle under the Dems. helped to cut the deficit but who cares....they used scare tactics to get it done and that just ain't right. I understand that Bush was so upset about it [the Dems. scare tactics], he's trying to get the current budget to produce a deficit in order to allay the fears of the Congressmen still in shock from the 90's.
