They did show to me that they had the courage to step into the presidential race, hopefully they will do the same here.

Fully agree about the SC's involvement in the election. When Scalia's good, he's very, very good, but when he's bad, he's horrid. <g> My faith in the integrity of the judiciary is almost as low as it is in the legislative and executive branches of government, however, this (MSFT) could be the type of case that the Scalia wing of the court will jump on like a dog on a prime rib.

Oh so apparently you think that the Appeals Court, which was generally agreed to be Microsoft's best bet for a favorable outcome because of their past leniancy with the company, was populated by judges "run amuck."

This issue has already been appealed and upheld. Its reappeal sure doesn't look like a case of Supreme Court caliber.
