I notice on the TDF profile that there is no dividend, although there was a distribution according to a press release (earlier one) of 2.5% of the fund's net asset value. So, this fund distributes its capital (net asset value) on a quarterly basis, AND runs at a significant discount (18%) to net asset value?

Yes, these charts are the real candy--that "chart dealer" Dabum got me hooked on these things; you know how it goes, they give you the first ones with smiles and a drink, and before you know it you're pulling this things up any hour of the day, printing them out and hiding them in your bags when you go on a vacation.
