Pretty accurate summation, and in line with general feelings of most thread members.

Though I don't feel comfortable shorting, seems like the prudent long term hold strategy. If the real estate bubble collapses, it could be the quick route you mention.

Excellent insight Vitalsigns.

I just posted to another thread, that the last swing trade I made was June 28/01.

The name of the game (these days) is capital preservation.

Trading in March/April was a better risk/reward then today IMHO
