You don't understand the Bush mentality. If he doesn't throw his paper on the ground he thinks he's environmentally sound even if he promotes the largest polluters in the state. Junior George thinks that so long as he keeps his Crawford farm clean and green it doesn't matter what happens to the Alaska wilderness, after all he's not going to roughneck any pipes himself.
