New of Sort Donner Minerals acquires various mineral licences Playfair Mining Ltd PLY Shares issued 11,047,000 Aug 7 close $0.19 Wed 8 Aug 2001 Miscellaneous See Donner Minerals Ltd (DML) Acquisition The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the following acquisitions: a letter agreement dated March 15, 2001, between the company and Oromin Exploration Ltd., whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the mineral claims that form mineral licences 1457M and 1084M located in the South Voisey Bay project area of Labrador, Nfld. Consideration is 25,000 common shares at a deemed price of 12 cents per share; a letter agreement dated March 15, 2001, between the company and EPICentrix Technologies, Inc., whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the mineral claims that form mineral licence 1448M located in the South Voisey Bay project area of Labrador, Nfld. Consideration is 20,000 common shares at a deemed price of 12 cents per share; and a letter agreement dated March 15, 2001, between the company and Playfair Mining Ltd., whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the mineral claims that form mineral licences 1456M and 1550M located in the South Voisey Bay project area of Labrador, Nfld.
