How do you think you get hydrogen out of water? Hint: It's a lot easier than getting an original idea out of your mind but unlike your blatherings it ain't free.

You haven't a clue what Bush's energy policy is not that you could care less.

All you need is a smaller engine and the infrastructure to support the cars,

Nothing to it. Congress could just pass a law.

Why do you want Bush to do it is what I can't figure out. Why do you want the gment to step in? There are already tax breaks there for alt energy, but it is more expensive. If Bush gives tax breaks to drillers or whatever for energy, its because we don't want 3.50-5.00 a gallon as consumers. He's not going out and saying that he's against the development of alt energy, he just realizes that now is not yet the time.
