Do you even read what you post? The code you cite refers to my conduct in the context of the legal process. My private communications to "Auric Goldfinger" outside of the legal process are not the concern of the Maryland Bar -- and I have been far more civil with him than he has ever been with me (FYI, he was the first to use the expression AH). Why don't you look my law firm up in Martindale Hubbell and see what my peers think of us (FYI - we are AV rated, the highest rating given by MH to lawyers or law firms, and one which is based on anonymous opinions submitted by our peers in the industry -- lawyers with whom we have worked in the past). Where do you get off making baseless accusations of unethical conduct towards me? Oh yeah, rules of civil behavior apparently don't apply to you, that much has been abundently clear. I am an investor in ASTN -- that has been disclosed from day one -- and is well known by everybody who reads my posts, including you. I own close to 200,000 shares of common and/or warrants. I believe in the company and have participated for years in exercising my first amendment rights on message boards where other investors (and more recently, a boatload of bashers, critics, shorts and others taking a negative view) have shared views, information, etc. I have never acted in a manner contrary to my opinions, or lied about my trading, and my posts bear no resemblance to your distorted characterizations of them. Those are facts, Mary. You are the hypocrite. Why aren't you getting on Auric's case for his failure to disclose in hundreds (if not thousands) of posts that he is a licensed trader -- a disclosure failure that is remarkably analagous to the conduct you have equated to "fraud" in the case of John Westergaard, a person you have tirelessly stalked for several years? Why do you say out of one side of your mouth that nobody should be sued over what they say on these message boards, and out of the other side of your mouth that you hope I am sued in a class action? That is the essence of hypocrisy Mary. Of course, I know that you could care less. That has been the essence of your approach to this from day one -- reckless disregard of the truth and extremely offensive and obnoxious behavior. A real class act. MST
