Real estate in Hawaii is a lagging market -- flat for ten years with a blip up towards the end of the bubble -- still a market for high end "I got rich and did not hold" buyers... but it is thinning out. The market is priced for a recovery -- with so many people waiting for the "summer rally" -- well the summer rally is over. Now we have the summer rout... Good luck HJ, with the traders away the stops will trigger bad things when they get taken out. It will be a video game -- phasers on stun?
