"What is it you like about CSCO going forward? AMD's look pretty dismal compared to INTC or CSCO, but curious why you think CSCO in
comparison?"

In a nutshell, CSCO appears to have a slight chance of remaining in the green as the rate of earnings degradation may have slowed...As I have metioned several times before, as you have kindly pointed out, INTC's earnings degradation just might be entering an accelerating phase owing to the usurping of the capital gains buffer in 2000 ($3 billion to the bottom line), continuing revenue and margin declines, a fat GW, a competitively inferior product lineup when measured on a price/performance basis, and a higher cost structure than its primary competitor, AMD!
INTC at $31 while CSCO is at $19 just does not make sense based upon financials or based upon product lineup going forward!
