But even so, the idea that it is okay to kill
animals to eat but not because we want the oil where they are, or their pelts, or for any other reason is silly.

You're missing my point though. I don't CARE how many whales are left in the oceans. It just doesn't matter to me. If they're there, fine -- if not, fine. We're all going extinct sooner or later. I'm not grieving over the dinosaurs.

If the whales go, how much time do you think we would have
left?
