Hydrogen is everywhere. All around us. In water too. Duh. R+D funds are not allocated by Bush-Cheney for clean fuels. Now even the military is feeling short-changed by B-C. Nobody but lobbyists really want Star Wars and that's where B-C wants the money to go. It's really an offensive system too you know. It's not really about defending us from North Korean (gg). A little Darth Vader in the White House, huh? And 33 billion in proposed tax breaks to oil companies should be used instead fo develop clean fuels. But it won't be until we kick these corrupt bums out of the White House.
