He is trying to prevent his soldiers from being abducted while UN troops videotape or even aid in the abduction,as in Northern Israel.(Lebanon border)

It is the terrorists that hide behind the UN observers, setting up their mortars next to UN positions, or disguising themselves in UN uniforms to kidnap IDF soldiers, as Hizbullah did in Lebanon.

As we have seen, the UN always behaves with scrupulous neutrality between the kidnappers and the victims of kidnapping. After all, Hizbullah threatens to shoot them if they report something not to Hizbullah's liking, and they always protect their own butts first and foremost.
