Thanks for providing us some much amusement in the difficult time for most traders. As I expected 4 months ago, the Fed rate cut is not going to save the bubble. Greenspan should learn the lesson now that nothing goes on forever. Even his monthly Christmas gift is not going to help. Lousy.

We will absolutely drift lower. The Dow is overvalued by at least 25%, and the Nasdaq......well. The techs are still priced in for a V shaped rebound, or at worst, a U. It probably go down another 35-45% from current level to fully price in a L, which looks more and more like reality.

As far as the bubble king goes, the fair value is probably around 6 bucks. You will have enough opportunities to trade this POS on the way down, in both ways. We will experience a stepwise death roll instead of a sudden death, altough the latter should provide a better technical scenario for the bulls.

BTW, what is the bubble queen doing these days? Is she supposed to come out and pound the table at least once a month?

enjoy,
larry!

Welcome to the Dark Side.

Hi all, covered my short today at $17.90. I think Cisco is going to settle into a new trading range of between $15-18 for the next quarter. So I'm going to daytrade with my remaining shares and see if I can generate any income here. I've already also sold the bulk of my shares and transferred the proceeds to my mutual funds to protect my capital. So now, I have so little money left in my brokerage account, I consider it play money. Let's see if I can make a better return on my brokerage funds by daytrading with a few bucks for awhile. :)
