Ditto, old timer<g>.

Only trade today was sale of the last of large LOILY position @ $3.80, vs most LT basis in mid 2s.

Frankly? One of my few big gainers in a very tricky and dangerous market year. Job one in a Bear Market is preservation of capital. But it's interesting how seldom we hear anyone mention that. Till I see that in almost every post<g> we won't even be close to the final bottom.

My risk profile precludes shorting.

So those who've been reading my posts know I've been in a very high cash position having called an Intermediate Term Top in the broad market about 6 plus weeks ago.

Todays sale takes that cash stash to 87.5%, highest BTW since 1st week of Sept 1987.

This time see the big decline in slow motion, deep into the 4th quarter vs all at once ala 87'. Either way, "Kash is King" for this ole bird.

The only thing I'm interested in even on dips are the gold stocks.

Cheers,

Isopatch
