CaNusBC and accompanying economists are acting like these tax refunds are six thousand instead of six hundred. That's not even groceries for a month. This is wierd.

I am hoping for a retest of the early July low on the DOWn. But I tend to agree with Shack any visit down there and that would be bearish for the near term (2weeks)... I think if we get below 10200 that we would be visiting 10K and maybe 9600...
