Actually the analogy is quite correct. NASD since March of last year. The Market never broke above it's Bearish Trend line in Clinton's last 10 months, Yet Clinton did NOTHING, said NOTHING to calm investors yet some of the largest single day declines were happening. He was just TOO busy searching for his legacy while the economy he claimed he built disintegrated. Today's layoffs are just a result of Clintons pre Y2K panic pump and bubble burst that he created. CG: I've got to step in here and ask this question. Do you really believe that George Bush is responsible for the state of the economy right now? I believe we go through boom and bust, economic expansion and economic contraction, and there's not really too much the President can do to change that. I am also of the belief that tax increases will prolong our economic contractions while tax cuts should spur the economy to expand again. I really would like an honest answer, but how could anyone think someone who has been in office less than 7 months is responsible for this?
