Moron: It's a "special" bond that carries no rights whatsoever. Helps with the phony accounting and allows the Marxians to refer to "trust funds". You can't buy or sell them, and the fraudulent Congress that hangs the paper in the first place can cancel it at any time, with or without a reason. The Treasury simply substitutes printing press money as necessary to make the payment obligations.

That, BTW, is how SS will be paid for after it becomes insolvent: money creation. No need to ask for tax increases or actually cut benefits, as is currently talked about. They'll simply crank out dollars to meet the nominal needs. It's a very old game, and liberals just LOVE it...
