if Gore had started as prez when Bush did..............all the rightwingers would surely blame him for the economy. What's fair for one is fair for the other. I would not have blamed Gore just as I don't give Clinton one ounce of credit for the economic expansion we had in the 90's. As we have found out, a good bit of it was artificial.
