" Doug, I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about that. Digr will not show for court, no contesting, no defending his words. He is the one trapped. The fact that he to this day continues to assault Terry's character is a give away that he does not intend to show. If he had any defense whatsoever, it would have been plastered all over the internet before the suit ever came up. He has nothing otherwise he'd choose it over trying to turn the obvious positive into a negative, a doubt in someone's mind. Peace to you, Jim
