Well, Mq, Loral is kind of a mirror image of QCOM.

QCOM has great management, and a great business model, but a sky high stock price

Loral has lousy management, a marginal business model, and stock price in the toilet.

I can't bring myself to sell either one (though I sell calls on the Q).

IMO, Loral is much more likely to double or triple from here than is Q and the risk of its going to zero is vastly overstated.

EBITDA was 1.5X interest expense this quarter and likely to be 1.75X next year; and it owns 27%of G* debt which I still believe will be worth a lot one of these days.
