09:02 ET Oracle Corp (ORCL) 16.30: Goldman Sachs analyst Rick Sherlund says that company is not guiding numbers down, but is sounding more cautious in the last month of its quarter than it did on the last conference call; says this is not surprising given the continued deterioration in Europe but will keep pressure on the stock ahead of its mid-Sep earning release.
