Stem Cell research is a wonderful thing. Just don't grind up living human embryos to get them.

And all Bush can do is stop Federal funds for the research, for a while. He has no power to outlaw the practice. Only Congress can do that - maybe. Personally I don't think they have the authority to do it. Plus I doubt the pro-abortionists would allow them to go down that road.
