Yes. there are PROBLEMS with this site.... I've noticed some outages here in California.... I notice it doesn't post for sometimes hours like yesterday... then it will post a few.. this AM the same stop/start action???? Curious.. Think it's the 'red worm'?? Or jumpers.. getting caught on the wires<<gg>>
