Refr. REFR General Wexler your hair is dirty..... America is a litigation rich country awaiting each day new cases asserting fraud and alike.Judges and juries are happy, keen and eager to accommodate anyone claiming to have been defrauded by a US listed company and richly reward the injured. And here is a foreigner repetitively accusing US companies and their management of stock fraud without ever delivering substantiated details of their asserted wrong doings to the relevant authorities like the SEC or otherwise. Why is that? Because you Mr.Wexler are a habitual short seller assuming and speculating that your general knowledge or third party hearsay will suffice to attract enough likewise minded short term traders on SI to accelerate the downward move of a stock/price you and possibly your numerous cronies in the USA-Canada and in foreign lands have taken up a short position in. Luring and baiting them with the prominent displayed word FRAUD. Granted that some stocks you pointed out as Frauds on your thread have shown weak management and apparently did not or do not have so great products as advertised or claimed in their various news releases.But not in a single instance you Mr.Wexler could connect or link your assertions to FRAUD or any other criminal activity. Useful or good enough for any US court to pursue in the interest of " defrauded " shareholders- you claim to represent. What is this Mr Wexler? A Kangaroo Court on the Internet with you as a foreigner sitting as judge and jury? Do you have a special license? You should be brought in front of a US judge and be properly charged. You remember your post a few years ago where you claimed that nobody can see into the future. Ok, my good Mr. Wexler look at the picture below. There you can see with your own eyes that the time where SHORTS and members of the Wall Street Gesindel can terrorize stock holders by screaming " Fire in the Cinema " are going to end soon. So are the 30days we all have to wait to be gracefully informed how many shorts have invaded our portfolios.
