Dave got one bit of re-assuring news.The type of land i own has become so scarce that the environmentalist have set up a huge trust fund(many many millions of dollars,minimum) to out bid private buyers---it re-inforces my view that my land will remain high valued even if real estate comes stumbling down.Max
