It's worse than that. The court found a right to privacy in the 4th Amendment for this ONE SPECIFIC NARROWLY DEFINED ACT. They didn't find a general right to privacy. If they did how could the income tax amendment not be directly in conflict with the 4th Amendment? What kind of crazy law says you can kill your unborn baby in private but if he survives you many not give him money without reporting it to the state?

First, that there is a right to privacy in the 4th amendment, which cannot be violated, even with probable cause.
