I'm not sure that other sources would really change my disagreement. If I went down to 174 (the max for my height according to your chart under "src4") and didn't lose muscle I would be very lean not borderline overweight. I haven't been that eight since high school and I wasn't nearly as strong then (but while I am stronger then average now I am not exceptionally muscular) If I went down to 154(the "Average median weight" I would have almost no bodyfat, which doesn't strike me as "average". If I lost every single ounce of fat in my body (but only lost fat) I could not possibly hit the low point of those charts.
