BD - Well he is the Prseident and so was President Hoover. Either the economy gets back to growth or it doesn't. Either way its now entirely GW's.

Clinton is now history and yesterdays news. The economy is inthe hands of teh current administration at least for about three more years it is.

Expects CIEN to beat estimates on the top and bottom lines, with company guidance of 95%-105% top line growth for FY01 remaining intact and management blessing Q4 consensus... Anticipates management backing off earlier FY02 guidance of top line growth of 45%-65%, to adjust to macro-environment.
