""car accidents and such""??? Take out the "and such" I am a donor, I have signed a card, and my family knows that and has agreed to that. If a minor(I have none in my family now) is killed and the family has agreed to let the child become a donor, then yes by all means. and to answer your next question.... a fertility clinic, or an abortion grinder, is NOT a car accident. If you are throwing the ""and such"" in to include everything else, then I ain't buying it.
