Slide 14 shows a pulling away graph from the "competition" with a 500 MHz gap between P4 and the "competition" at end Q3.

Obviously this will be the widest gap on a pure frequency basis but I think it will also be the widest gap ever on a percentage basis.

What competition?

Tony - Thanks for the Foils from Anand Chandrasekher's presentation.

I loved the early foils with quotes about how nobody needed anything faster than an 80286, 80486, Pentium, etc.

The pundits never stop showing what MEATHEADS they really are.
