Sorry to hear that. I'll stay out of toothshot. It's gotten up to 78 on the thermometer on the tree outside my window. Well, one of the trees -- I look through a light screen of trees, across a small glade, to a solid wall of green and greyu (fir trunks are grey, not brown, as yuou probably know). It's absolutely still and silent out there. The wild rose outside my window is just very slightly nodding its bent-over branch, and the leaves are quivering, so I know it really isn't totally still, but as nearly so as makes no matter. I think after I finish what I'm supposed to be finishing up here I'll wander down to the hammock under the trees on the edge of the cliff and rock gently while I listen to the lap of the ocean and watch the sun set. The hammock is big enough for two, and my wife can't hammock with me because it hurts her back. So there's an empty place just waiting for you. No merlot, but plenty of ice cold artesian well water.
